Raised in a culinary household, Sébastien Dubois-Didcock has always found greater value to food than it's ability to nourish and sustain life. Intrigued by it's effects on human development and identity, Sébastien uses his craft to tell stories about food, the people who make it, and the underlying relationships we share with it.
Sébastien works internationally, and is based out of Paris, FRANCE & Toronto, CANADA
